During this temperamental British weather I thought I would take my chances and hope the sun would come out during our voyage on the Alfred Le Roy. To be honest, the weather was all over the show but it didn’t hinder the experience one bit.
Beginning in Hackney Wick, we meandered along the canal towards Limehouse Basin sipping our whiskey sours. The cruise was a solid 2 1/2 hours, so there was plenty of time to catch up with friends and enjoy the views.
P.S if you go, keep an eye out for the Pade Lorean floating along the canal!
The Alfred Le Roy will be running until the 30th October 2016 and I hope it will be back again next summer.
He runs during the weekend only with two options of times, 1pm and 4:30pm
£20 per ticket (inclusive of 1x cocktail)
